· To handle customer inquiries and service request through emails live chat, and phone calls.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
· Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, transfer to relevant departments.
· Other duties assigned by manager
· Diploma or above holder
· 1 year of relevant customer service experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Professional fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
· Must be available to work rotating night / overnight shift
· Fresh graduated is welcome
